Food Mill

To deliver the food from storage into a receptacle, a 3D-printed food mill has been designed. The design allows a small 130-Size motor to reliably turn a paddle-wheel mill through the attached gearbox.

A total of eight parts have been designed to create the mill, which is assembled using M3 fasteners. The 2L food storage bottle will thread into the top. The bottom of the housing includes five anchor points to be fastened to a floor plate in the final design.

Peristaltic Water Pump

A 3D-printed peristaltic water pump was designed, but due to mechanical limitations was unable to efficiently move water to the output receptacle. The design was functional but was not used for the project due to budgetary and time constraints.

An on-hand self-priming pump was used instead. In the event that the budget and time allow for it, this design may be reevaluated and added to the project.
